To the original owner, we warrant our products against defects in material or workmanship for as long as you use the product.
This limited consumer warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in the new Artlin product accompanied by this warranty statement. This warranty does not affect or modify any warranty provided by the Artlin retailer nor does it affect any additional rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
This warranty does not cover third-party accessories that we sell. Other than that, this warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage; nor does it cover the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use (i.e. zipper wear, fabric abrasion, etc.). In time, even a Artlin bag will wear out!
Also, this warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property.
We have designed and built our products to work well with nearly all devices and accessories, and we believe our gear is very safe to use. Artlin is not liable for damage to cameras, equipment, clothing or anything in your surrounding environment as a result of using them. Artlin is also not liable for bodily injury to yourself or others as a result of using our products.
Shipping Fee for Returns
Buyer will need to bear the shipping fee from/to the Warranty Claim Centre.
You will need to provide a receipt from an authorized dealer to initiate a warranty request. You will be required to submit your product to an authorized Artlin representative for inspection to confirm the defect. If you have any problems with the product, please contact us for return authorisation at www.artlinstore.com/contact-us/ before sending the product to us. We will either repair or replace the product (at our option) if the damage is covered by the warranty.
